Excellent service! They picked up the box at our old house and brought it to our new house. Everything was so smooth and efficient. Great prices. I would definitely recommend them

Customer service is clearly very important to this company. Anybody looking for short/medium term storage would be smart to work with these guys. They are professional, accommodating and very easy to deal with.

This is a fantastic company to deal with. Shawn is very friendly and trustworthy. I really liked how flexible he was with the dates, even on short notice. I got quotes from every portable storage company I could find in the Calgary/Okotoks area and I found Mi-Box prices to be much better than most others. The box was clean (looked brand new) and the driver was phenomenal. The fact that the box is loaded and unloaded level (not tipped and dragged onto the truck like other companies) was a big plus for us, nothing moved or fell over when they moved the box to our new house. I would highly recommend Mi-Box and we would definitely use them if we move again.

Mi Box staff were extremely easy to deal with, and made my mother in-laws move effortless. It’s saved her money and time with utilizing Mi Box’s services for the move. We will definitely be using Mi Box for our moving/reno projects in the future.

I did a lot of shopping around before selecting one and these guys are definitely the best value. They use actual high quality moving pods with overhead doors instead of converted c-cans with swinging doors.Had my pod delivered the next day. They levelled the unit properly on a steep driveway and I even had to reschedule my pick up an hour before they arrived, they were awesome the whole way through. You won't find a better deal out there and trust me, I'm a serial mover =D

Absolutely fantastic! Mi Box was so responsive and accommodated any timing changes that I needed to request for both pick ups and drop offs. Special thanks go to Mi Box truck driver Brandon, who was always right on time and even went above and beyond his job when he actually offered assistance in the unload!! Unbelievable customer service -- something that seems to get harder and harder to find these days. I highly recommend Mi Box and wont hesitate to use them again!

For anyone looking for a mobile storage solution, I would highly recommend +MI-BOX Moving and Storage Calgary. We were first time users of the mobile storage solution concept and recently used +MI-BOX Moving and Storage Calgary to assist with our recent move. We were thoroughly impressed with the over-all concept of mobile storage as well as the service we received from +MI-BOX Moving and Storage Calgary . The service was friendly, easy and not to mention extremely cost efficient and made our move to our new home so much less stressful. It was great to be able to move all of our belongings into "the box" on our own terms on both sides of the move. We have rented U-Hauls and used other moving services in the past and would never think of using anything but a mobile storage solution in the future. particularly +MI-BOX Moving and Storage Calgary.

If you are looking for a storage solution,I would highly recommend MI-BOX. Very reliable , clean equipment and the staff was very polite and easy to deal with. They were on time, absolutely no damage in the transfer from one location to the other. Over all I give this company a Five Star rating. Thank you Mi-Box for making our move a lot easier and less stressful.

Excellent customer service. Locally owned and operated and really good quality containers. The level lift system they use is important in keeping your stuff from getting damaged in the moving process. I highly recommend using this company. I was very happy with everything.
