I was in a pretty big bind because I'm working in Saskatchewan and living in calgary so I only had a few days to get everything done Chris dropped the bin off to me Friday afternoon and picked up Saturday. The service was amazing and quick. I was also very impressed with the equipment they have the fact that the bin got picked up flat so I know none of my stuff will get dislodged or squished or broken during the move. The bin was new and not damaged so I have no worries about keeping water and any other weather conditions out while they store it for me. The rates were also very reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody and thank my buddy for recommending them to me

We used MI-BOX for our recent move. We did a lot of research so when MI-BOX was recommended to us by a friend we were impressed by their service and rates. Shawn was outstanding - from actually answering his phone to answering all of our questions to being able to deliver or pick up a container on the same day we phoned. Absolutely outstanding! We have recommended MI-BOX to all of our friends.

These guys are down to earth and the most accommodating individuals I have dealt with in this industry. Local boys taking care of their city. The trucks keep your unit completely level during pick up and drop off. High quality company. Would recommend everyday

I recently had to move very quickly and I contacted Mi-Box in Okotoks. They were awesome. I had arrangements made - and the first storage box delivered on Friday May 1. I was a head of schedule and called to ask if they could move up the dates for pickup and drop off of the second Unit. I called them Saturday late afternoon and Monday (today) it was in my yard. They are super helpful - act fast and very pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was very impressed with how the boxes get lifted - I was afraid that if they were tilted everything in them would move - but their lift system is wonderful.. You won't regret using these guys.

When we decided to sell our house we needed a place to store a lot of furniture, office materials and personal effects. During my search for the best option, I found MI-BOX and gave Shawn a call. He was very happy to answer all my questions and make a few recommendations for me. We decided to have the box dropped on our driveway and when it was full they came and picked it up, placing in their Warehouse until we made the move to our new home about 250 km away, then they delivered it to our doorstep for unloading. It's been a wonderful experience to work with Shawn & Steff, and I wish them all the best in the future. I am a very happy customer and strongly recommend their services to anyone needing moving and storage services.

Fantastic customer service and support. I needed a storage solution for a home reno and was very pelased with what Mibox had to offer. It was quickly delivered to my home, and was dropped off right on my driveway. we loaded it up with all the furniture from the main level without issue. the box even looked nice on the driveway. I want to thank the entire team at Mibox for being my family's angel during a really tough time in our lives! From the first phonecall, throughout our entire process. Sean's knowledge of the industry is second to none which really helped with my decision to go with Mibox. The service is top shelf. Pick up, storage and delivery were a breeze for us. They make the billing process simple and efficient. The product is really number one! We went through a builder insolvency and Sean and his team were so flexible with the changing times and schedules I threw at them. I really can't thank them enough! If I could give them 10 stars, I most certainly would! If you're on the fence with who you want to take care of your family's most prized possessions, get off of it and call Mibox!

I don’t normally write reviews but after my experience I felt that I had to write one. Everyone knows that moving is a stressful experience no matter how much you try and plan for it. My recent experience with MiBox in Calgary, Alberta was great and I felt like I had to let others know about this company and the service that they provide. A friend had suggested MiBox and I thought I would try something new. I called and spoke with Sean and discussed the amount of contents I had and the details and schedule of my move. He was very informative and suggested a container size and quoted me a price. At first I thought the size was a bit larger than what I needed but when it came to moving day, you always forget about all the little stuff and the suggested container was filled to the roof. I was so glad that I had gone with Sean’s suggestion. Another thing that I really liked about MiBox, is that the loading and unloading of the container is all done in a way that the containers are never tipped on an angle. So, you don’t have to worry about your boxes, furniture, etc. shifting during transportation. The container was then stored in their secured facility until things were finalized with my new house. They were friendly and easy to deal with and the drop off of the container at my new place went smoothly and was stress free. I highly recommend this company and will use their services again in the future and I hope this review will help with the decision-making process of someone out there who is looking to eliminate one stressful situation during their move.
